Loop Structure & Timeline
Two Sigma does not run one standard loop. It runs different loops for QR, SWE/QSE, data, and specialized GenAI / quant-infra roles, so the single most useful thing you can do is figure out which track you are in and prepare for that exact shape rather than a generic quant loop.
QR / research intern and quant-facing tracks usually open with a HackerRank OA of three tasks:

Candidates who pass then see three one-hour interviews: a data-analysis case, a coding round, and a statistics or domain-knowledge round. These may be scheduled separately or bundled into one long interview day.
SWE / QSE / Quant SWE tracks commonly start with a two-problem OA.
